Step 1): Press Command + Shift + G

Step 2A): MAC USERS: Type ~/Library/Caches

Step 2B): WINDOW USERS: Type %temp%

Step 3): Copy All —> Command + A

Delete All —> Command + Delete

In case you’re wondering, these files were created by apps in the past and you simply don’t need them.
